LAS VEGAS LOFTS
*NEW* Urban Lofts are located within the Downtown Redevelopment Area and Centennial Overlay District. These Las Vegas lofts feature two Communities, the Eleventh Street Lofts and the Fremont Street Lofts. These downtown Vegas, all three story lofts, have floor plans rangeing from 1798sf to 2006sf and come with attached two car garage on the first floor. These trendy Las Vegas lofts have a unique exterior that is covered in a 26 ga. steel called Galvalume. This exterior comes with a 20 year warranty against rusting, chipping, and fading. These Las Vegas Lofts are priced from the $200's and are ready for occupancy within 7 to 60 days from time of contract, depending on which loft is selected. HOA fees for Fremont Street Lofts is a mere $65.00 per month. There will be total of 70 Lofts when completed.
The Eleventh Street Lofts are located within walking distance of the Fremont East Entertainment District. These downtown Las Vegas Lofts are priced from $349,500.
