Summerlin

Summerlin NV is unlike any other community that you will find in the Las Vegas Valley.  It has been named one of the top master planned communities that the nation has to offer.  Summerlin NV is a 22,500 acre master planned community located in the west to northwest area of the Las Vegas Valley.  It is found surrounded by the beautiful Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area nestled at the base of the wonderous Spring Mountain range.  Summerlin NV has many outstanding amenities to offer residents such as fantastic shopping, lush golf courses, and wonderful parks.  Summerlin NV also has many exciting cultural amenities to boast about including the Nevada Ballet Theatre, the Summerlin Performing Arts Center, and the Hills Park Amphitheatre.  Visitors to these cultural areas can enjoy professional performances, concerts, farmers markets, outdoor plays and musicals, and jazz and art festivals.  There is something for everyone to enjoy in Summerlin NV.

Condo's & Townhomes 

*NEW* Fairway Hills in the Ridges is a luxurious Toll Brothers townhome golf community located west of Town Center off of Flamingo & Granite Ridge Dr. in the prestigious guard gated community of The Ridges. These new Summerlin NV townhomes offer stunning mountain views and are close to shopping & recreation. Fairway Hills offers luxury 2-story townhome living with magnificent architectural designs and the look and feel of a picturesque European hillside village. 6 floorplans are available from 2 to 4 bedrooms ranging in size from 1966 sf to 2956 sf. Prices for these luxurious Summerlin NV townhomes start in the mid $600's.  

C2 Lofts are located in Summerlin off of west Charleston west of the 215 freeway. C2 Lofts offer 5 floorplans ranging from 1,530 sf up to 2705 sf. These new Summerlin NV lofts offer single and 2 story floorplans. C2 Lofts in Las Vegas NV features contemporary architecture, roof decks with many options, private gated entrance, city light views, fine European-style cabinetry, gourmet stainless steel appliance package, granite countertops, and open floorplans that you can design “your way" just to name a few. Altessa condos in Summerlin NV is a gated community which will have a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and spa, outdoor gas BBQ, and pet walking areas.  Located in the prestigious Vistas Village of Summerlin, these new Summerlin condos for sale boast panoramic views of the mountains, city, and the Las Vegas valley. Homes for sale in The Ridges range from the $400,000's up into the multi-millions.

Palomar is a Toll Brothers community of homes in The Paseos Summerlin NV. These beautiful homes range in size from 2600sf to 3100sf and feature popular Toll Brother models such as the Botticelli Spanish Colonial. These Summerlin homes for sale in The Paseos boast gourmet kitchens, sumptuous master suites, award-winning designs, and a great location within Summerlin. These homes are priced from the 600s and are only available in resales.

The Willows Creek is a small neighborhood of homes found within the Willows village in Summerlin NV.  This neighborhood is a private, guard-gated community with homes starting in the million dollar price range.  These upscale Summerlin NV homes for sale start from 4,000 square feet and up.  Residents of this community have access to a large area of the Willows Paseo Park reserved exclusively for them.  This area includes a children's paly area, basketball court, 2 tennis courts, and walking trails.

Summerlin Las Vegas Villages

The Crossings is a Summerlin village featuring homes priced from the high $200,000 to the mid $400,000.  These Summerlin NV homes for sale range from 1,200 square feet up to 2,300 square feet.  The Crossings village Park is also home to the Summerlin Youth Soccer League.  You can also find the Summerlin Hospital Medical Center located within the Crossings village.  This Summerlin village is also in building stages of a 15 acre Crossings Business Center.  When completed, this center will house over 1 million square feet of commercial and business services.

The Paseos is one of the newer villages to join the master-planned community of Summerlin.  The homes in the Paseos village feature unique architecture, outdoor living space, front porches, and large, open courtyards.  These homes for sale in the Paseos in Summerlin have a romantic feel reminicent of a mission style or old Hacienda style home.  The Paseos homes range from 1,900 square feet up to 3,500 square feet.  These Summerlin homes for sale are currently selling from the 300's on up depending on the floor plan choosen and upgrades.  Most of the Paseos village is a gated community and many of these homes sit on 1/4 acre to 1/3 acre lots, (much larger than most Summerlin home lots.)  When completed, the Paseos village in Summerlin will feature a 20 acre community park featuring 2 soccer fields, 2 baseball fields, a basketball court, and a volleyball court.

The Pueblos is one Summerlin village offering homes from 1,100 square feet up to 3,000 square feet.  These 3 to 5 bedroom Summerlin homes for sale are selling from the high $200,000 to the low $500,000.  New construction is already completed on the Pueblo village, however, there are resale homes available.  The Pueblos village features a 62 acre Pueblo Park as well as 2 houses of worship, the Summerlin Evangelical Lutheran Church and the St, Elizabeth Catholic Church.  This village is also home to three schools.  These schools inlcude one public school, the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton private school, and the Meadows School, (a private elementary and secondary college preparatory academy.)  You can also find the Carefree Senior Center,(a senior rental apartment community,) and Seville Terrace,(an assisted living community,) located with the Pueblos village in Summerlin.

The Vistas village in Summerlin has homes available from 1,600 square feet up to 3,400 square feet.  These Summerlin NV homes for sale are currently selling from the $300,000 up to the low $900,000 depending on the size of the home, upgrades, and lot size.  The Vistas Summerlin village has three amazing parks for residents to enjoy.  The North Tower Park encompasses 7 acres and includes 2 tot lots, and barbeque and picnic areas.  The South Tower Park in the Vistas also includes 2 tot lots, picnic area, and water play area.  Both of these parks in Summerlin NV are characterized by enormous 48 ft. tall clock towers.  The Vistas Park sits on 23 acres and includes tot lots and picnic areas as well as basketball courts, tennis courts, softball fields and restrooms.  When completed the Vistas village in Summerlin NV includes both public and private schools, and commercial development such as grocery stores, gas stations, and retail services.    

The Willows village at Summerlin has much to offer residents.  This village was designed around three main parks.  You will find baseball and tee-ball fields, baketball courts, soccer fields, and children's play areas.  You can also find the Willows Community Center.  This center offers classes and activities as well as resort-like pool for resident enjoyment.  This pool includes a beach entry, fountain, and two water slides.  Be sure to stop by the Willows Paseo Park.  This park is unique in the fact that it includes large sculptures depicting scenes from the storybook Aesop's Fables.  Summerlin NV homes for sale within the Willow village are currently selling from the mid $300,000 up to the mid $500,000.  These homes range from 1,200 square feet up to 3,000 square feet.

Summerlin Las Vegas Age Restricted Homes

The Siena village at Summerlin is an age-restricted community, catering to residents 55 and older.  This guard-gated village is home to a 1/4 mile man-made lake, (known as Lake Siena,) as well as the Siena Golf Course.  Residents of the Siena community of Summerlin have use to this 18 hole course and 15,000 square foot club house.  The Siena village also includes a 39,000 square foot Village Community Center.  This center offers classes and activites such as: arts and crafts, aerobics, bocce ball, and tennis.  Residents can also use the library, computer room, billiard room, business center, fitness center, pool, spa, and sauna found on the community center grounds.  The Summerlin NV homes for sale found within Siena range from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet. These homes are currently selling from the $300,000 up to the mid $600,000.
