Single Family Residences

Green Valley Ranch is found within Green Valley, one of Henderson NV premier master planned communities. Green Valley Ranch has approximately 4000 homes nestled close to the Henderson Hills. Green Valley Ranch is roughly 1,300 acres with 80% of that land being residential. The remaining land is used for businesses, biking trails, and other recreational areas. Green Valley Ranch has many amenities including shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Henderson NV has been named one of the nations top 50 "safest cities to live" and the third best place to retire which also makes Green Valley Ranch a desirable place to reside. Homes in Green Valley Ranch range in price from the high 200's to well over a million, so finding a home to fit your needs is always a possibility.

Tuscany is a new 24 hour guard gated, master planned Henderson NV golf community designed by Rhodes Homes. The golf course, designed by Ted Robinson, is currently open along with the 31,000sf clubhouse. This is a daily fee course. There are currently 8 communities underway inside Tuscany. Most of these Henderson NV homes are priced from the 300's with floorplans starting around 1,700sf. Tuscany does offer large homes priced from the 500's or higher in select communities. Tuscany is located near Lake Las Vegas off of Lake Mead Blvd and Mohawk.

Solera is a new age restricted community located in the south part of Henderson NV adjacent to Del Webb’s world renowned Sun City Anthem. Solera is found at the base of Black Mountain overlooking the wondrous Las Vegas valley. Solera features an outstanding clubhouse and recreational facility. This new age restricted community includes a billiard and game room, a hobby room, computer room, and a fitness center complete with state of the art equipment. Solera also includes a spa, tennis courts, and an outdoor pool for use of the residents of these Henderson NV homes. Homes in Solera range from 1100 sf to just about 1800 sf and offer 2 and 3 bedroom models. Solera home prices are starting in the mid 200's.
